We ship all products on demand. Each item is made after you place your order. This helps reduce waste and keep quality high.

Tracking

All orders include tracking.
If your tracking does not update for more than 5 days, email us.

Wrong Address

If you enter the wrong address, contact us immediately.
If the order has already shipped, we cannot make changes.
Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address may require an additional shipping fee to resend.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your order:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local carrier.

  2. Wait 24 hours in case the carrier scans early.

  3. If still missing, email us.

We will help you file a claim with the carrier.
Replacements may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will review and offer a replacement if approved.
