All items are made-to-order.
This means each piece is printed just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong size
• Buyer error
We only offer replacements for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Your order number
• A photo of the item
• A photo of the packaging
• A short note about the issue
We will review your request and send a replacement if the issue is confirmed.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your item, contact your local carrier first. If they cannot locate it, email us and we will guide you through the next steps.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they enter production. Production usually starts within a few hours of purchase.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Final Sale Items
Personalized items are final sale and cannot be replaced unless damaged or incorrect.
